At Nawabslife Ethnic Wear, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy for most of our products. Please take the time to read our policy thoroughly to understand the process.
* Order Cancellation Rights:
If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours of placing it. You will be required to provide your order number and the reason for cancellation. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. In this situation, you must follow our return policy to return the order to us.
If you successfully cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, and it has not yet been processed, we will refund the full amount to your account.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order without notice if the product is unavailable or if other issues arise. In these instances, we will issue a full refund to your account.
* Unexpected Situations and Delays:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances causing delays at Nawabslife, you may choose to either keep your order on hold until the product is back in stock or cancel the order and receive a full refund. We will initiate a complete refund (inclusive of product costs and shipping charges) as soon as possible without any deductions. Depending on the order value and delay in communication, we may also offer compensation in the form of a discount coupon.
* Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for products that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags still attached. You must initiate the return process within 2 days of receiving your order. Customized, personalized, and sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please be aware that you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
* Some possible reasons for returning a product are:
– The size does not fit you well
– The package was lost during delivery
– You received a different item than what you ordered
* No refunds will be given in the following cases:
-Design and colour variations
-Products returned in a used or damaged condition
We will process your refund after we receive and inspect the product. The only exception to this is if the package was lost during delivery, in which case you need to provide us with the courier slip and the tracking number.
* How to Request a Return or Exchange:
To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:
1. Visit the website’s dashboard or account page and navigate to the orders or purchases section.
2. Locate the item you wish to return or exchange and click the appropriate button labeled “return” or “exchange.”
3. Complete the required form with your order details, reason for the return or exchange, and any additional information requested.
4. Submit the form and wait for our response.
5. Follow any further instructions provided by us, such as printing a return label or packing the item for shipping.
6. Return or ship the item according to the instructions provided and monitor the return or exchange process, including any communication with us and tracking information for the returned item.
* Complaints and Refunds:
If you are unhappy with the product you received, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. You can contact us by email, phone, or chat with your order number and the issue with the product. We will respond to you within 2-3 business days with a Return Authorization Reference. Please do not send the item back to us without this reference, as we will not be able to process your return.
We may also ask you to send us a digital picture of the product for our internal review and quality check.
If your return is approved, we will deduct the shipping and handling charges from the product price and refund the remaining amount to your original payment method.
The refund process may take up to 10 to 15 business days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item. The actual credit to your account may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
* International Returns:
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns from outside of India. This is because of the high shipping costs and customs duties involved. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and we hope you understand our situation.

Our products are checked for quality, but we can’t guarantee the embroidery or prevent color bleeding due to the fabrics.
-Sizing:
Clothing sizes vary based on the cut, fabric, and style. Some clothes fit loose and relaxed; others fit tighter. Check the size guide for each product to find your best fit. Sizes may be a little different because of the fabrics.
-Colour Display:
The website shows the true colors of the products. But the actual clothes you receive might look a little different than on screen. This is because of different monitor settings, screen colors, photo resolution, or lighting used in the photos. This can change how the product looks overall.
-Wash care:
Please read the washing instructions on the tag of your clothes carefully and follow them. This will help avoid any damage to your purchase.
